Rooster Teeth was a groundbreaking digital media and entertainment company that rose to fame with innovative, fan-driven content. Founded in 2003, it created iconic series such as Red vs. Blue and RWBY, along with podcasts, live-action shorts, and community projects. Over the years, Rooster Teeth built a passionate global audience and became known for blending comedy, storytelling, and fandom into one of the internet’s most influential entertainment brands.
During my time freelancing with Rooster Teeth, I collaborated with then-Director Yssa Badiola on the development of the title card and logo for a new animated project, initially titled Record Keeper and later renamed Recorded By Arizal.
I contributed early concept art, sketched prospective lettering, and worked closely with Yssa to refine the design into its final form. The finished logo was officially accepted and used to successfully pitch the series to company leadership, ultimately helping the project move forward and make it to air.
I partnered with Gallos Unidos, Rooster Teeth’s Latin Business Resource Group (BRG), which celebrates Hispanic and Latin culture within the company and community.
For Hispanic Heritage Month, I created a range of branded merchandise, including original logos and designs. Highlights included designing soccer jerseys for 2021, 2022, and 2023, with each year’s unique logo adapted into stickers, enamel pins, iron-on patches, glassware, and more.
These projects not only supported Gallos Unidos’ mission but also gave me the opportunity to blend cultural pride with bold, fan-friendly design.
