Ditching Spotify for My iPod

Lately, Spotify has been driving me crazy. I don’t know if this is a thing, but I think when I am listening to all my liked songs on shuffle, they start to repeat. Like I will listen for a while in the car, then I exit and leave the car for a bit, but when I get back in and reconnect my phone, the same songs play in the same order. Also, certain songs never play like ever. I have to purposely select the song and let it shuffle from there, only for it loop the same songs even when it’s on shuffle. It’s all just so weird, and I am not about it. Since noticing these things, I have used Spotify only to listen to podcasts I follow.

I feel sad that I can’t really enjoy music the way I used to, and then that’s when my mom found a lost treasure… MY 7TH GEN iPOD CLASSIC! I am so stoked she found it that I didn’t get rid of it. She made sure to hold on to it till my next visit to the family home, and upon bringing it back with me, I found out that the battery was completely dead. I was bummed, but nothing a quick internet search can’t fix. It was pretty easy to see possible options for iPod repair, since modding your iPod is a hot trend right now. Fortunately, I don’t need anything like Bluetooth or 1-2 TB worth of storage added to it. I just need a new battery.

Words can’t explain how happy I am to have this little guy back in my life, and I’ll be sure to update you all once it’s up and running. Well, I wish you well and hope good things come your way! Till next time!

STILL LOOKS GOOD! I am proud of my younger self for taking such good care of it.
